ANUKET is the amateur troupe of Barefoot Belly Dance Studio in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Our members are all ages, shapes and sizes. They come from all walks of life, and wish to perform the skills they have learned at class.
We perform for fun and try and show our audiences just how enjoyable belly dancing can be. Belly dancing is excellent exercise, great fun and a way of expressing a woman’s femininity.
ANUKET currently performs at school events, fundraisers and other social get-togethers. We do not charge a set fee but we do like a donation for our chosen charities MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT and QUEENS PARK ARTS CENTRE in Aylesbury. If you are unable to give us a donation then we would ask that we be allowed to bring a collection pot so that members of the watching public can donate if they wish.
